The Floyd County Animal Rescue League (FCARL) has been working to protect the animals of Floyd County for over 30 years. The support of its members and the community have made it possible for us to realize some great achievements. One of our biggest successes so far was the construction of the new shelter in New Albany.
- To educate the community in the humane treatment of animals and responsible and enjoyable pet ownership.
- To reduce the number of unwanted animals in Floyd County.
- To assist and support the New Albany Floyd County Animal Shelter.
